Golden Angels Home Care (GAHC) is dedicated to delivering exceptional home care services in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Louisiana.
Our team of 1099 independent contractors, including PCAs and CNAs, are highly qualified and compassionate professionals. We ensure that all our caregivers, pet-sitters, domestic cleaners, and house-sitters hold the necessary credentials and/or experience to provide effective and safe care.
At GAHC, we prioritize the well-being and comfort of our clients, providing them with the highest standard of care and support.

Clinic Forms:
Download, print, and take these forms with you to the clinic to be filled out and returned to GAHC.
All contractors are required to have the following:

Photo ID and Social Security Card

Background Check: Background checks can be done by GAHC at the cost of $25

Drug Tests: Conducted in person by GAHC for local contractors

Driver's License and Automotive Insurance

General Liability Insurance: Available through SimplyBusiness.com for a monthly fee.
For PCAs and CNAs

CNA Certification: A Mississippi state issued nursing assistant certification.

PCA/Caregiver Certification: This certification is FREE through MyCNAJobs.com and equips you with the necessary skills and knowledge to be a PCA​

TB Skin Test: A current (within the last 12 months) TB skin test. For those that need it, most Workforce Wellness clinics provide these tests. Prices vary.

BLS/CPR Certification: A current BLS/CPR certification. For those that need it, it is available via American Heart Association and includes an in-person course and skills test that can be taken in your area OR an online course that can be taken from home but requires an in-person skills test at a training facility near you.

Physical Assessment: !Must be able to lift 50lbs! You can visit your primary care provider or Workforce Wellness clinic to get a physical. Prices vary.
